One on One
ONE ON ONE
One-to-one yoga sessions are ideal for those who wish to create a more personal practise routine.
Sessions will be made for your individual requirements be it a rigorous work out, relaxation or a combination of the two. We will create a practise based on your physical capability and/or goals, aims & ambitions and will have the option to focus in greater detail on breath, strength and/or alignment, creating a practice that suits the demands and issues in your life at any given time.
I will be able to devote my undivided attention to your unique yoga practice, giving you time to receive and digest all the adjustments and direction needed to make your yoga making personal and deep.
Furthermore, private tuition is a very effective way to gradually build confidence and strength so that you can practice comfortably both independently and in class.
These sessions can also take place from your home or work space at a time of your convenience and can include up to 2 persons.
